Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://hello.jira.atlassian.cloud/jira/ops/teams/og-1219b0c1-53b0-49e2-b69b-cde35cd8d63d/on-call
2. click Add Override

Expected Results

Expectation is that they would render as dd/MM/YYYY.

Actual Results

1. the dates are rendered in MM/dd/YYYY (en-US), but my language is set to English (en-GB) and timezone is Australia/Sydney.

This is an internationalization issue. The on-call screen is actually part of Opsgenie (despite showing in JSM  ), which is not internationalized (and therefore not localized) so everything shows in en-US regardless of the locale picked.
