Problem Description
When logged in, submitting a request in the portal redirects to the request created screen.
However, just like other web services, there should be a confirmation dialogue or pop up message displayed confirming the user if the content is correct, at least an option to do so.
Why this is important
Customer may submit wrong information, which can confuse agents. If that happens, there will be overhead time created for agents and customers, which can potentially decrease effectivity of agent's work and customer satisfaction.
