Ability to create multiple email templates and apply it for different actions under Customer Notifications

      Problem Description

      At present, only one customer notification template can be created for a project. This template is uniformly applied. However, if the email subject has to be set differently for different actions or Jira status transitions

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide the ability to create multiple email templates, thereby ability to change email subjects and apply them to different actions or Jira status transitions.

      Why this is important?

      Currently, project admins have the ability to change the email body per action, but not email subject.

      Workaround

      Use Automation

      • Disable customer notification for Approval required
