Issue Summary

Admin users that have the "Français" language as default under their account preference settings:

• https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences

Won't be able to load the JSM features page (Fonctionnalités).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Got to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences and set "Français" as the default language
2. Being an Admin from a JSM project. Go to the Features page (Fonctionnalités page).

Expected Results

The page loads fine without any errors

Actual Results

The page doesn't load and a pop-up error is shown with an error code. For example:

Workaround

Work around can be applied as below

• Change to English language and load the page again
• (Optional) Use Chrome translate to French language so user can still view French language
