Issue Summary
The default priority on the priority field in the Customer Portal, when accessing anonymously, does not match the default priority on the Priority scheme.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Change the default priority on the Priority Scheme and save the changes.
2.-Login to the Customer Portal as 'Anonymous'. to raise a ticket.
3.-Check the Priority Field.
Expected Results
The Request Form's default priority must match the Priority Scheme's default priority.
Actual Results
The new default priority is not reflected if the portal is viewed as Anonymous.
If the user logs in to the Customer Portal, the default priority matches the default priority on Priority Scheme.
Workaround
Set Priority value as default in Request Form.
- Navigate to Request Type
- Click on desired Request > Under Request Form > Add Priority field
- Expand Priority field > Use preset value and hide from portal > Select Default priority as Low.
The user must log in to the portal.
