Ability to @ mention in JSM operations alert note

      Currently, JSM Operations alert does not support the @ mention in alert note.
      If the Sync feature is used, @ mention in the ticket is synced as alert note like below.

      [~accountid: xxxx]

      It would be better if there is a feature that allows user to @ mention in alert note.
