Customize the types of content the Portal/Help Center search provides

      Issue Summary

      Admins would like the ability to customize the type of results that are returned from the Help Center/Portal search. 

      Specifically:

      • The ability to only show Knowledgebase articles.
      • The ability to show only request types and the number of results displayed

      Expected Results

      There should be a page where Admins can control the type of suggestions shown by search. 

      Actual Results

      There is currently no support for this functionality. 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
