Multiple projects are getting created on Jira Instance as part of OG migration

      Issue Summary

      After initiating the OG migration, the customer noticed that there were multiple projects ±40 got created, which is unexpected

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. This is not replicable on demand and is noticed randomly

      Expected Results

      • Ideally there should only one project created if there are any incidents on Opsgenie.

      Actual Results

      • Multiple projects got created due to the 504 response from Jira on project create endpoint

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
