Notify when there is responder/participant missing

      Issue Summary

      Customer would like the ability to be notified when there is a Responder/Participant missing in an Escalation/Schedule within Operations:

      This happens when a user is deactivated and they are part of an Escalation or Schedule which leaves them in a broken state and the Team admins do not get notified for such unless they manually check the configuration.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
