Support DD/MMM/YYYY as the date format in Form PDF

      Current behaviour:
      When a Form is downloaded, sometimes the date takes DD/MM/YYYY format and other times it takes MM/DD/YYYY format.

      Hence, when the user selects the date as 3rd July, the PDF shows 3/7/2024 or 7/3/2024. The user is unsure if the date is 7th March or 3rd July.

      Expected behaviour:
      Supporting DD/MMM/YYYY format will ensure that the date selected is 3/JUL/2024.
