Issue Summary
When an alert is created and a notification is sent to a user, the email reflects the fields in the alert but doesn't seem to respect the text formatting. This is especially visible or challenging in the Description field which may contain a lot of data.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an alert that triggers email notification
- Receive the corresponding email

For the email to follow the same formatting as the alert:
