Change Management feature can only work with Affected Services field as explained in What are risk insights in change management? 

But there are few limitations in Affected Services field that cannot be customized.

Suggested Solution

Allow other Asset Object Custom field that uses Services Schema to add in Change Management features.

Why this is important

This will allow customers to customize their custom field and use the Change Management feature effectively.
