Problem
When using the JAMF adapter for ADM, the customer notices that there is no username field being returned as part of the API call. This field is important for syncing or resolving a name to a device.
Many customers would also like to have the option to monitor mobile devices via : /JSSResource/mobiledevices
Suggested Solution
Please add the username attributes and mobile Url as a supported field in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/data-manager-jamf-adapter/
Why This Is Important
This will provide important fields like Manager to use in Assets Automation etc.
Workaround
Use a CSV Import to bring the JAMF data containing values/information from the username attribute into ADM.
