      Issue Summary

The paused SLA fields, by design, show the next breach time from the current moment. However, this creates confusion for some customers, as time is still ticking even after the SLA meets paused conditions.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an SLA with a paused condition
      2. Create a ticket. After some time, meet the SLA paused condition.
      3. Now SLA will run into a paused state. However, the time (as highlighted in the above picture) will continue to tick.

      Expected Results

The time tick should pause and indicate just how much time remains to breach.

      Actual Results

The time tick will continue on a cycle basis.
