Issue Summary
When a user with both agent and customer roles creates an issue, they can see all Organizations in the agent issue view, regardless of whether they belong to those Organizations or whether the Organizations are added to the project.

Steps to Reproduce
- Ensure that Customer and Organization profiles are enabled under Project settings > Features.
- As a user with both agent and customer roles, create an issue from the portal.
- Access the newly created issue in the agent issue view from the same user's login.
Expected Results
The user should only see Organizations that other agents see.
Actual Results
In the Customer section, all configured Organizations are displayed, regardless of whether they are added to the project or if the user is a member of these Organizations.
- This issue occurs for the user who created the issue accesses it in agent view.
- It does not occur when another agent accesses the same issue.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
