With the new Link service projects to a help center feature it's not possible to unlink/link projects from the Default Help Center.

This defeats the purpose of the feature to make the projects resources only available to certain customers if they have access to the Default Help Center from where they'll be able to find all the resources if they have the proper permissions on all projects within the instance.
