      Issue Summary

      Currently, when the CSAT is requested as a public message in the Slack thread when the issue closes and anyone (including the agents) can give the rating.

      Expected Results

      The satisfaction (CSAT) feedback request to be shared as a private message in the slack thread or as a DM to the participants or the reporter of the issue.
