ssue Summary

After following the instructions mentioned here to hide a Customer Portal from the Help Center, the Customer Portal still shows up if you use the search bar within the Help Center and type a keyword that has the hidden Customer Portal name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow the instructions mentioned here to hide a Customer Portal within the Help Center.
2. Use the search bar within the Help Center to type in a keyword that is in the name of the hidden Customer Portal and notice that the hidden Customer Portal shows up under the Team Portals section.

Expected Results

The hidden Customer Portal should not show up under the Search when you enter a keyword(s) with the name of the hidden Customer Portal under the Help center search bar.

Actual Results

The hidden Customer Portal shows up under the Search when you enter a keyword(s) with the name of the hidden Customer Portal under the Help center search bar.

Workaround

This issue can be solved with the release of the following Feature:

We have new option now to unlink a Project and all of its resources from a Help Center.

Do take into consideration that for the time being the  feature to link/unlink service projects to/from a Help Center is only available for users on Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise plans.
