Issue Summary:

• Currently we have an option show this form as recommended when selecting from a list of existing forms to show the form on the top of the list/recommended section when click on Add form from the issue view. There is no option availble to hide or enable only specific forms based on issue/request types

Suggestion:

• We would like to have an ability to hide or show specific forms during the form selection when clicking on Add Form from the issue view
• It would be helpful if we restrict the forms based on the issue/request type so that only specific forms associated with that request/issue type will be visible when clicking on Add Form button from the issue view.
