Issue Summary
Currently we can have multiple customised portal for the customers, However when the notifications goes out the link will be sent to default portal link. Customers would like to have the links for customised help center link
Expected Results
User should receive the notification email with link to customised portal "https://your-url.atlassian.net/helpcenter/"
Actual Results
Customers are getting notification email with link to default portal "https://your-url.atlassian.net/servicedesk/"
