Allow Number Field to be displayed with comma in Customer Portal as is displayed in Agent View

      Problem Definition

      • In the JSM Customer Portal view, the number fields value do not get displayed with comma whereas in the Agent's Issue view the same fields get displayed with comma.

      Suggested Solution

      • Display the number fields value with comma just like in Agent view.

      Workarounds

      • Currently, there is no workaround to this limitation.
