      Issue Summary

      Currently, it is not possible to obtain the Sentiment field value using smartvalues to use in automation rules.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Activate the Sentiment field as mentioned in this document:
        https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/about-customer-sentiment-analysis/
      2. Create a ticket and add a comment to activate the field and be able to change the value. 
      3. Using smartvalues try to log the value of the field with automation and log de value. 

      Expected Results

      Expected result is to be able to extract the value of the field and use it in automation as  IF conditional block within the automation rule

      Actual Results

      No value is returned using smartvalues like issue.sentiment, {{issue.customefield etc.{}}}

      WorkaroundCurrently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
