Issue Summary:

Currently, the Jira Mail Handler reading the header of the email and if the Auto-Submitted: auto-generated is found, the system will automatically reject the email.

Currently we can only whitelist domains to bypass the above check but individual emails can't be whitelisted as mentioned here

We need an option to whitelist certain email addresses so Jira can process the emails even if they have auto-generated header present, while discarding all the others.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
