Affected Services condition does not work consistently for issues with multiple affected services

XMLWordPrintable

      Issue Summary

Affected services occasionally fail to match condition block "If: any match" when the field has multiple values.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a rule like below
      2. Create a Jira ticket (of type - [System] change) - like below:
      3. Run above rule on this ticket

Expected behaviour - condition should match on ticket

Actual behaviour - It’ll not work on this ticket

Looks like it matches against one affected service even if there are multiple configured in a Jira issue. Need to fix that.

      Expected Results

Both tickets match the condition block

      Actual Results

Only the ticket with a single value for Affected services matches the condition

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
