Issue Summary
Enable Jira Service Management to display the "delivered-to" email address (email alias used) in tickets created via email. This will help agents quickly identify which client or organization the request is coming from when multiple clients are using the same support email address with aliases.
Use Cases:
Scenario 1: A support agent receives a request through support@company.com and needs to know immediately which client (e.g., Client 1, Client 2) the ticket belongs to. The agent should be able to see the alias used (e.g., support+client1@company.com) in the ticket.
Scenario 2: When multiple clients use the same email address with different aliases (e.g., support+client1@company.com and support+client2@company.com), agents should easily see which alias was used to create each ticket.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
