Ability to add an image as an attachment or inline in the comment/description section

      It would be very useful to be able to select how an image attachment is displayed, whether inline or as a block.

      Toggling between inline and block-level images

      Users can easily toggle between inline images and block-level images. We even bring over supported attributes like alternative text, links, and borders.
