need to show only associated request types for the issue type while creating issue

      Problem Description:

      While creating an issue, we select "Issue type", in the "Request Type" section all the request types are seen, this way agents can accidentally select non associated request type

      Suggested Resolution

      In the request type we should see only associated request type for the issue type and other request types should be greyed out

      Why this is important?

      This is to prevent agents from selecting other Request Types accidentally

      Workaround (if any) none

            [JSDCLOUD-15251] need to show only associated request types for the issue type while creating issue
