Issue Summary

Automation rules that uses Asset Object Created/Updated/Deleted as the trigger, fails to execute on time. We have seen a delay between 20 min to 3 hours for the rule to trigger.

Atlassian Engineering team is already investigating this issue. This public bug is created for awareness and tracking.

Steps to Reproduce

Delay is only seen on certain sites and we can't replicate the problem on demand. 

Expected Results

We expect Automation to run with minimum delay (within few mins not hours).

Actual Results

Some rules are executing between 20 mins to couple of hours after initial trigger condition.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
