It would be great if JSM Chat conversations could be exported as an attachment once the conversation/request is completed. Similar to the Forms feature, once the Form is submitted and attached as a PDF file to the request. Currently, the conversation is only stored in the "Comments" section of the request.

Customers may want to download the conversation from the portal for easy sharing or easy access.
