Issue Summary
In FORMS, if the setting : Save a PDF version of this form each time it‘s resubmitted is enabled and below condition satisfies then PDF generation is failing.
- Default Issue Security added to Ticket and Ticket Creator/Reporter is not added to Security Level. This will cause Ticket Creator/Reporter from viewing the ticket.
- FORM does not have default language set along with Issue Security.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add Issue Security scheme and make sure security levels does not have Reporter in it. Mark the security level as default.
- Make sure FORM does not have default language set in it and the flag : Save a PDF version of this form each time it‘s resubmitted is enabled.
- Create a ticket from portal.
- Observe PDF is not added to ticket.
Expected Results
PDF should be added to ticket post ticket creation and FORM submission.
Actual Results
PDF is not added to ticket.
Workaround
- Make sure the Security Levels has Reporter and Service Project Customer - Portal Access is added.
- Set default language in FORMS and add additional language in Translation tab, make it available to customers.
