If the Form settings "Save a PDF version of this form each time it‘s resubmitted" turned ON, submitted form would be attached as PDF files in the ticket.
But submitted date is written with UTC time in the PDF file and file name include UTC time. So it would be better to be written with user/customer preference timezone.

Step to reproduce

1. Create a new JSM form, and set "Save a PDF version of this form each time it‘s resubmitted" : ON
2. login as customer and create a ticket with form.
3. login as Agent and open created ticket
4. attachment > "submitted form" PDF file name is include UTC time as following.

   2024-10-28 0439 - "form name".PDF

5. and if you open PDF file and you can see as following, you can see submitted date is written in UTC(+0) time.
