      There have not been any specific steps to reproduce this behaviour yet.

      Expected Results
      Field names should display correctly on the Request Form in the customer portal if configured to be visible. The customer portal should show field names without needing additional manual edits to trigger visibility.

      Actual Results
      Field names, such as "Requested by" and "Summary," are missing on the Request Form in the customer portal. The names only reappear after manually editing and re-saving the form.

      Workaround
      Manually edit and re-save the Request Form description to restore visibility for all field names
