Issue Summary
In JSM Chat for MS Teams, it's possible to raise tickets via direct message. While doing so, a customer is able to raise a request on behalf of other.
This shouldn't be expected, as JSM doesn't allow this type of impersonation unless the user making the action is an agent.
That said, this should only be allowed if the actor has agent permissions.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have JSM Chat for MS Teams and two test customers (Customer A; Customer B)
- While as Customer A, send a direct message to Customer B
- Login as Customer B, open the direct message, hover over the comment > ... > Create a ticket with Assist
Expected Results
Customer B raises the request and is the Reporter of the created ticket.
Actual Results
After Customer B raises the request, the Reporter of the created ticket is Customer A.
Workaround
A partial workaround is to make the Request Channel as a Private Channel, so that 'who all can raise requests on other's behalf' can be controlled.
