It would be great to have a feature to populate an Assets field during the creation of the request on the portal. 

Example: User wants to create a request on the portal, when form opens, field Customer Company should be automatically populated with organization this customer is registered in on the site.

For now, we have an automation on how to do it when the issue is created.
