      Issue Summary

      The help link for "Find out how to manually create a request channel" on Create request channel under JSM Project Settings > Chat leads to deprecated HALP portal.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On JSM Project Settings > Chat
      2. Connect a Slack workspace
      3. On Channels, expand Create Request Channel
      4. Ensure there are no channel connected yet.
      5. Click on link "Find out how to manually create a request channel":

      Expected Results

      Actually lead into a KB article or side-panel help that explains that we need to manually add the Assist bot with /invite or /add to the desired channel. Such as https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-chat/.

      Actual Results

      Leads into deprecated HALP portal:

      Workaround

      Follow steps on Set up chat in Slack:

      1. In Slack, find the channel or create a new one.
      2. Add Assist to the channel:
        1. Type /add as a message in the channel.
        2. Select Add apps to this channel.
        3. Search for Assist.
        4. Select Add.
      3. When prompted, select that you want to use the channel as a Request channel.
      4. Select the service project from the list.
