Issue Summary

Post latest Jira Feature Release, we see that the create linked issue is expecting a request type when it is made mandatory in the Issue View Source via the Workflow Validators

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Workflow Validator at Issue Creation to Make Request Type Field as Required 
2. Create a Jira issue using the Jira Issue View
3. Create a Linked Issue on this Jira Issue as the Source 
4. We see that the Creation Fails with Error " Expecting Request Type Field " 

Expected Results

Create Linked Issue does not have Field Request Type and Hence it should allow Issue creation without any errors

Actual Results

Error " Request type field is required " when trying to create an issue. 

Workaround

1. Remove the Request Type Required Validation
2. Create a Automation Rule to set the Request Type for any ticket which has an empty value for this field.
