When running into Chat errors, oftentimes the user is given a trace ID to send to Support that Support then has to search and identify. It would be helpful for customer self-service if they could view the error alongside the trace ID.
For example:share this ID with support: [trace ID] is the message that users get currently and it would be helpful if they said this instead:
"share this ID with support: [trace ID]
error:unable-to-open-expired-modal"
