Having option to enable/disable and customise Alert Grouping in JSM Operation

      Issue Summary

      Alert Grouping groups different alerts which have different messages and are generated at different times which creates confusion for customers.

      Hence, there should be an option to enable and disable it within the Operation instead of completely deactivating the AI from the admin hub. Also, the customisation option below will help customer group alerts based on their settings:

      • Group alert based on Integration
      • Group alert based on Summary
      • Group alert based on Description
      • Group alert based on Teams etc

      Expected Results

      Alert Grouping should group only similar alerts based on alert data

      Actual Results

      It groups different alerts too

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
