Issue Summary

Attachment field not available for a request types in JSM project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a request type from project setting.
2. Find a Attachment field / search for attachment field in "Search all field"
3. Attachment field is not available.

Expected Results

Attachment field should be available to add to a request type.

Actual Results

Attachment field is not available to add to request type.

Workaround

Create a new request type (Temporary), after that you will be able to add a attachment field in the affected request types. (Then delete the temporary request type).
