Issue Summary
JSM Chat: files attached in Slack thread have their file names disappear on the JSM ticket
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Team-managed project
- Project setting > Channel > Chat > set triage and request channel with Slack
- Reach to Slack thread
- Enter some text and add emoji(:ticket) to create a ticket
- Reach to created ticket thread and add files(upload).
- open JSM ticket and check attachment, attachment files name is missing.
- you can see not file name but id (xxxxxxxx-yyyy-zzzz-aaaa-bbbbbbbbbbbb).
- If you try to download files, they are name "original" without any extension.
Expected Results
The uploaded file on Slack should be sync name on JSM ticket.
Actual Results
on JSM ticket file name is not synced and appears as an id name like below.
(xxxxxxxx-yyyy-zzzz-aaaa-bbbbbbbbbbbb)
When downloaded, the file name is "original".
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
If user upload files directory on a JSM ticket, the file name can be synced.
or
If the file is first uploaded on Slack and then the emoji (:ticket) is added, the file name will sync But after the ticket is created, any files uploaded will not sync their names.
