Issue Summary

Clicking the Settings button (•••) of a board doesn't trigger any actions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a service project > Board (if not available, this feature can be enabled in the Project settings > Features)
2. Click on ••• at the top-right corner

Expected Results

The Board Settings page will load

Actual Results

Nothing happens

Workaround

From the Board view, append the snippet below to the end of the URL and press Enter
