Use ChatOps features on request categories other than Incidents

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently, the ChatOps features (create chat/meetings directly from a request) are only available when using requests from the "Incident" category.

      It would be nice if these features were also available in different categories such as "Service Requests" and "Changes".
