    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Summary

Currently, using native Request Type configuration in Jira Service Management projects, an administrator can't hide/display or configure fields dynamically.

      Sample requirement:

      • There are three custom fields A, B, and C with field A being a dropdown field with 2 values and B and C being text fields
      • A requirement to show field B or C depending on the value selected in field A is not possible using native Request Type configuration in Jira Service Management
      • However, using JSM Forms, one can configure conditional logic to achieve this requirement

      Suggestion

Allow conditional logic natively for JSM Request Type configuration
