Problem

On Opsgenie shift to JSM Operations, Teams with the same name are not merged, resulting in duplicate Teams.

Suggested Solution

Teams must be merged or renamed, possibly.

Why This Is Important

Teams are identified by the name in the UI by the users. Duplicate Teams create confusion and may lead to wrong Team configuration.

Workaround

None.

You either delete one team that is of no use or continue with both the Teams.
