Issue Summary

Submitting the form with Assets field results in 'workspace ID:Asset ID' instead of Assets object label as value intermittently

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Form and add a field & link it to the Assets custom field.
2. Raise a ticket from portal and populate the Assets field in the forms.
3. Once the form is submitted, Assets field displays 'workspace ID:Asset ID' instead of Assets label as value in the field.

As the issue is happening intermittently, it is difficult to reproduce.

Expected Results

Assets object label should be displayed as the value of the Assets field in the Forms.

Actual Results

The Asset field in the form displays value as 'workspace ID:Asset object ID'.

Workaround

At the moment, resubmitting the form fixes the issue.
