Issue Summary

When image attachment have open and close curly bracket as per example

{image}.png , won't be display or rendered correctly in the customer notification.


This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

# Create an image with filename {image}

_test.png

1. Add to a comment. Comment show as below.
2. Wait for customer notification to trigger

Workaround

Remove the curly bracket from the filename and reattach it. ; or

To view the broken attachment in the notification, view it from the customer portal.
