Broken link for "More about synchronized services" when editing a service

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a Service
2. Under the Service Type click on the link "This service will be shared and synchronized with Compass. More about synchronized services".

Expected Results

You're taken to the link: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/synchronize-your-services-with-compass/

Actual Results

You're taken to the projects list.
