Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a template form in Project settings -> Forms
2. Create a lot of issues which have other forms in the project. e.g. 1000 issues
3. Attached a form using the created template form to some of the issues. e.g. 10 issues out of the 1000 issues
4. Go to Project settings -> Forms
5. Choose Export in XLSX for the created template form. 

Expected Results

The export progress bar should reflect the correct % of the export progress

Actual Results

The export progress bar stucks at 0% most of the time and only increases when it's close to the end of the export process

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
