Problem

Using JSM Canned Response : Create a canned response we can use Reporter or Assignee Variable, But they are displayed as Plain Text and not using "@" mention or tag feature.

Suggested Solution

Provide the ability to "@" mention or tag reporter or assignee using JSM Canned Response.

Why This Is Important

This will ease out the ability to properly mention the user action.

Workaround

None at the moment. Need to manually tag the users.
