Issue Summary

When a user creates a ticket from Slack, 2 tickets gets created.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the automatic ticket creation in Jira (slack configuration).
2. Create a ticket using a "slack slash command" from the request channel.

Expected Results

Only one ticket should be created.

Actual Results

2 tickets get created.

Workaround

Don't use "slack slash command" when Automatic ticket creation is enabled.
